We understand that sometimes a piece might not feel like the perfect match for your journey—and that’s perfectly okay. We’re here to help you find the one that truly speaks to you. Our return policy is designed with the same care we put into our products, ensuring that every piece can find its way to someone who will cherish it.

 

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We kindly ask that your item is returned in the same condition as when it arrived—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This helps us honor the artisans who pour their hearts into every stitch, keeping each piece as special as the day it was made. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

To begin a return, reach out to us at Info@revealme.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want every REVEALME piece to bring joy and connection to your day. Please check your order when it arrives, and if you find any defects, damage, or the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, ensuring your experience reflects the warmth and care we put into our creations.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Our dolls, keychains are handmade, making each one a unique treasure with its own character. Slight variations, including size differences of 1-2cm from the provided product size, are part of their charm, and we hope you’ll see them as brushstrokes of their story. Please note that these size variations do not affect your ability to return the item, as long as it meets the other conditions outlined in our return policy. That said, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Looking for something different? The simplest way to get what you love is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the piece that feels just right.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason—no explanation needed. As with all returns, the item should be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies might take a little extra time to process the refund.
