Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique, with slight variations that are part of its charm. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for minor differences, such as size variations of 1-2 cm or small imperfections. However, if you receive the wrong product or your item arrives with significant damage, we’re here to help. Email a photo of the product's condition to info@revealme.us, and we’ll send you a full discount coupon along with a free replacement product (or another item of the same price). Due to the high shipping cost of this product, we believe that just send our product for free will create a better experience for both us and our customers.
