For now, due to shipping restrictions, we can’t send our little friends to these countries:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order is more than just a purchase—it’s a handmade piece of you, crafted with heart. Here’s how long it takes to reach your bag:
- Processing Time: Each doll, keychain is lovingly made by our artisans, so please allow 3-7 business days. Some extra-special designs might need up to 7 additional days—because uniqueness takes time, and you’re worth it.

How much does shipping cost?

- Free shipping on orders over $35 USD—because your story deserves to shine without extra costs.
- For orders under $35 USD, there’s a small $3.5 fee.
We’ve discounted the shipping fee to keep things bright, but heads up: the actual shipping cost might apply during refunds. It’s all part of keeping your experience honest and true.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your handmade buddy sets off on its journey, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Think of it as a little note from a friend, letting you follow its adventure to you!
